Cottage is a single story (no stairs) Primary bedroom has a queen bed and a private en suite bathroom with a roomy soaking tub and shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twin beds.

We had an amazing stay…. Joel was a great communicator and the space was absolutely wonderful. Super close to shopping and dining. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Joel’s place was exactly as it was described and extremely clean, which is always the number one thing we look for when making a decision on where to stay. We had 4 adults and 2 kids stay very comfortably, and the location was perfect for walking or driving to the beach, and local restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be coming back to stay at Joel’s!

We had the most relaxing stay at Shell Cottage! It was very clean, beautifully decorated (just as pictured) and walkable to the beach, coffee, food, etc. Joel was a great host and responded quickly to a few questions I had. I would highly recommend a stay at Shell Cottage if you’re considering it. I’ve already sent the link to several of my friends!

We had the best week at the cottage! The house is as beautiful, cozy, and inviting as it looks in the photos. The short walk to the beach was perfect and we enjoyed some of the small touches / unexpected amenities at the house (bikes, puzzles, sound machine in the bedroom). If you’re debating booking, do it! We’ll be back.

This is already our second stay here and we'll definitely be back again. We had a great time once again and look forward to our next outing here. The place is clean, spacious, and comfortable with a great patio where we took our meals. It's definitely a short easy stroll to the beach and to Middleton Park. Our kids love it and keep wanting to come back and specifically ask to go back to the Shell Cottage. Joel is also a great host and very responsive and helpful.

Joel always responded to my email within 10 minutes or so. The place is very nice and well decorated. There was an issue with the front door initially but Joel came over to fix it right away. Joel is very customer focused and will do whatever is needed to make his tenants happy. Joel gave us a giftcard to a nice burger restaurant since he was sorry about us having an issue with the front door.
